Where is South Logan County?

South Logan County is located along the scenic Petit Jean River in Western Arkansas. It is situated along the north edge of the Ouachita National Forest, at the foot of Mt. Magazine, the highest mountain between the Appalachian and Rocky Mountains.

We are situated on the intersection of Arkansas Scenic Byway 10 and Arkansas Scenic Byway 23, approximately 35 miles south and east of Ft. Smith. We are 28 miles south of Interstate 40 and approximately 15 miles east of the proposed Interstate 49 route.
